This is a simple text block that can be used to add some text to the page, there are a few options so you can tailor the width of the block, the alignment of the block and how the text content is aligned too. You can also add a link at the bottom of the block too.

This is a coloured block that uses the big bold background colours like used on the home page, each coloured block can have up to three sections inside it and each will have a different background colour. Simply add a style and an image to finish it off.
