We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Social Sync’s new and updated campaign dashboards!
Designed to provide ready access to deeper insights, these updates reflect the incredible work of our team and the feedback from our amazing users.
Here’s a closer look at the features that will transform how you manage and monitor your campaigns.
1. Overview Tab: Your Campaign at a Glance
The new Overview Tab brings together key metrics into one centralized view, giving you a clear picture of your campaign’s performance. You can now track:
- Revenue metrics: Monitor total revenue, average donations, and platform-specific performance.
- Funnel progression: See how supporters move through each segment of your campaign’s audience—lead, registrant, fundraiser, and active fundraiser.

- Fundraising page activation: Analyze how many supporters are actively raising funds across each individual platform.
- Challenge activity: Track engagement, such as number of active participants, average distance logged (e.g. if a walking/running challenge), total activity across all participants, etc…

This tab sets the foundation for smarter, data-driven decisions, providing a bird’s-eye view of your campaign performance.
2. Supporters Tab: A Unified View of Your Campaign Community
The new Supporters Tab consolidates key information into one place, corresponding to the segments of the campaign funnel.

With intuitive sub-navigation, you can easily switch between:
- Audience Members: Everyone associated with your campaign, including leads and supporters who haven’t registered yet.
- Registrants: Supporters who have signed up for your campaign.
- Fundraisers: Showing the amounts raised per platform by each of your registrants.
This unified structure simplifies campaign management and makes it easier to track the progress and engagement of your supporters.
By centralising this data, the Supporters Tab ensures you have the insights needed to grow your campaign community effectively.
3. Orders Tab: Simplifying Order Management
Managing and tracking orders just became easier with the revamped Orders Tab, which now includes:
- Order summaries: Instantly view how many orders are new, processed, or canceled, along with percentage breakdowns.

- Order details: Dive into individual order statuses for better transparency and control. We’ve also improved the Order table filters to include batch events and timestamps – e.g. get me all orders batched before the 14th January 2025.
The order batching process itself remains unchanged, but this update ensures your team has the tools to efficiently manage and track orders in real time.
4. Journeys Tab: Tracking Engagement Pathways
The updated Journeys Tab offers powerful insights into your supporters’ engagement pathways.

Key features include:
- Touchpoint filtering: Analyse performance for specific emails, SMS or fundraiser thanking messages, to refine your communication strategy.
- Pathways view: See how many supporters have started, are active, or have completed a pathway, providing you with a macro view over each pathway as a whole.
These tools make it easier than ever to nurture supporters and drive meaningful engagement.
5. Transactions Tab: Donation Insights Made Easy
The new Transactions Tab provides improved analytics to help you understand donations:
- Key stats at a glance: Total revenue, transaction counts, and average donation amounts.

- Platform-specific performance: Drill down into data for individual platforms like GoFundMe or JustGiving.
- Refund and gift aid tracking: Monitor refund rates and, for UK customers, see estimated GiftAid contributions.
This update is a must-have for finance teams and campaign managers looking to optimize donation management.
6. Multi-Event Support: Streamlining Complex Campaigns
Managing multi-event campaigns has never been easier.
With the new Events Tab (which only becomes available if you set up your campaign as a Multi-event campaign), you can:
- Track revenue by day: Gain a clear understanding of daily performance for each event.
- Filter events by platform and date range: Want to see how a single event performed on Facebook? No problem.
- Monitor cumulative performance: Keep a close eye on how all your events are progressing over time.
This feature ensures you can stay on top of complex, multi-event campaigns with precision and clarity.
